Nazi's turn up despite being 'not welcome' at Haworth 1940s re-enactment weekend - PHOTOS by Jonathan Pow (07901 617571) - WORDS by Mark Branagan (07940 513142) - PICTURED, from left, is Sarah Kissack (19) and Gemma Whitaker (18) in 1940s outfits - STORY about Haworth 1940s event has discouraged Nazis turning up. Businesses in the town have been given signs saying "No Nazi or SS Insignia or Uniform on these premises", with pubs and campsites banning the uniform and insignia too. The decision came after a group of German visitors found the uniforms offensive at last year's event. The 1940s weekend is an annual World War II themed event, running for 18 years. A portrait of me on Werregarenstraat in Ghent. Belgium
For the past 10 years I've been a professional photographer. Working for high end clients: from bespoke manufacturers, to clothing designers, national newspapers and international publications.
I'm obsessive about photography. Getting things aesthetically pleasing as well as capturing the right moment. It's that combination that can often make the world of visual difference.
